Weight Loss Care That’s Personal

Your health is about more than a number on the scale. At Glow, we believe weight management should be personalized, supportive, and focused on the whole you—not just your weight.

Our comprehensive weight loss programs combine education, personalized care, and medication, including GLP-1 therapy (injection or oral options), to help you reach your individual goals. We take the time to understand the bigger picture, including your nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, health history, and other factors that may be affecting your weight and overall well-being.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your life—with compassionate support every step of the way.

Because you deserve to feel good in your body and confident in your care.

HOW IT WORKS

Every Glow weight management journey starts with understanding you. Your first step is a comprehensive weight management consultation, available in person or through telehealth. We’ll talk about your goals, health history, lifestyle, and the factors that may be influencing your weight so we can create a plan that’s right for you.

1. Find the Right Plan for You During your consultation, we’ll review your personalized treatment options, including medications, such as GLP-1’s when appropriate, dosing, and pricing. We specialize in treating the cause of weight gain with doing labs first and looking at overall history and family history. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, understand your options, and decide what feels right for you.

2. Start Your Journey If medication is part of your personalized plan, we’ll coordinate everything for you. Compounded medications can be shipped directly to your home for added convenience.

3. Check In & Adjust About a month after starting your plan, we’ll meet for your first follow-up. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, discuss your progress, review any symptoms or concerns, and make adjustments as needed.

4. Ongoing Support & Care Your care doesn’t stop after your first follow-up. We’ll continue to check in regularly to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment when needed, and provide ongoing education and support. As you reach a maintenance dose and your plan becomes more established, your appointments may be spaced further apart.
